Information Collection And Use
While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with information that can be used to contact or identify you. This may include, but is not limited to, your email address, mobile number and name. We collect this information to provide services, to identify and communicate with you and to respond to your enquiries. Information will only be used for the purposes for which we have your permission.
We collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our website. This may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser version, and the pages of our website that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.
In addition, we use third party services including but not exclusively Facebook and Instagram that collect, monitor and analyse this type of information to improve your online experience. These third party service providers have their own privacy policies addressing how they use such information.
When you book a therapy session via our website, email, Facebook page or Instagram page we will only use the information you provide to give you the best and safest experience possible and to contact you regarding the therapy. When you submit a contact form, we will only use the information supplied for dealing with your enquiry.
Record Cards and Consultation Forms
To provide holistic therapies, and give you the best and safest treatment possible, we will complete a record card that will be signed by you (“The Client”) at the start of our working relationship. Your record card will be checked at the start of each subsequent therapy session you undertake with us to check for any changed to your circumstances. A consultation form will be completed by me (Louise Reason) for each therapy session you receive. These forms are securely stored and can only be accessed by myself (Louise Reason). No information contained within these record cards and/or consultation forms will be shared with any third party or contact without your written consent. In compliance with Tax Laws and Insurance regulations any record cards and consultation forms that have been completed will be kept securely for a period of six years.
Only persons age 18 or older have permission to access our Service. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you learn that your Children have provided us with Personal Information, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Information from a children under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
Under GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations) you have the you have the following rights:
The right to be informed about how your personal information is collected and used.
The right of access to the personal data held about you.
The right to have any incorrect or incomplete information corrected.
